Ms. Rodgers has significant experience in consumer-facing, healthcare and ecommerce verticals. She has partnered with entrepreneurs in these verticals to support them with strategic positioning, business development and capital raises. Prior to joining CapM, she was an executive at Luxury Optical Holdings with responsibilities centered around strategic business initiatives. In addition, Ms. Rodgers developed substantial professional experience in private equity as an Associate at Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, a large Hong Kong-based family holding company with a global investment focus. Her main responsibilities were in the area of lodging and property development, executing investments totaling $400 million in equity across industries.
