Bio

Kilian is a Partner of Capitalmind. Kilian re-joined the Paris office in 2015, after three years as CFO of Yellow Korner – a leading art photography editor and distributor in France. Before that, he spent four years at Capitalmind, where he had the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions (divestitures, buy-outs, financings and acquisitions). He teams up with business owners, corporations & financial investors on supporting them in accelerating, financing and ultimately monetizing their business assets. Over the past 10 years, he has been assisting clients across the Business Services and Healthcare sectors. He is also a senior member of the “Debt Advisory” practice, and leads the Transport & Logistics sub-sector coverage. He graduated from Paris Dauphine University, and also holds an Advanced Masters degree in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School. He speaks fluent French, English as well as German.
