Bio

Erik is a Partner of Capitalmind. He has great experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, divestments and private placement of cross-border transactions within the Technology, Media, Software and IT & Engineering Consultancy sectors in the Nordic countries. Before joining the teams, he had held position as Vice President of Corporate Equity at Seavus Group, an international IT consulting and software development company, where he was working with corporate level strategic initiatives and responsible for international M&A, investments, partnerships and business development activities. Prior Seavus, he held M&A advisory role for 5+ years at LNP Corporate Finance based in Copenhagen, an independent M&A advisory firm specialised in TMT and cross-border transactions in Scandinavia. Erik graduated from Lund University within Corporate Financial Management and Accounting and studied Economics and Business Administration at Cornell University – S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management and Copenhagen Business School.
