Andrew Kemper Bio

Andrew has worked for over fifteen years providing corporate finance counsel, expertise and advice to mid-market private and public companies. Prior to joining Capital West Partners, Andrew spent six years with the professional services firm of Deloitte, where he was a manager in the assurance and advisory practice. At Capital West, Andrew has completed transactions across a wide range of industries including financial and business services, retail, industrial services, manufacturing, and mining. Completed mandates include divestitures, strategic acquisitions, growth financings, valuations, and fairness opinions. Andrew received his Bachelor of Commerce, with honours, from the University of British Columbia. He also holds the designations of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).
