David Abbott Bio

David joined Cambridge as a Partner in 2009 and became President in 2018. He was previously with the firm from 2001 to 2005. He is actively involved in business development and client advisory work. Prior to rejoining Cambridge, David was with Asset Management Finance in New York. At AMF, David was responsible for marketing, relationship development and transaction execution. Before first joining Cambridge, David was at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and began his career at Berkshire Capital. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University's Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business (formerly Krannert School of Management) and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
