Bio

Michael Sieber is one of the principals of California Equity Group. Mr. Sieber has extensive management, finance and international business experience. Prior to joining CEG in 1995, Mr. Sieber worked with Hungary's largest venture capital firm, representing the firm in a number of its investments. He also operated as VP of Finance and Administration in one of the firm's investments, a vertical textile and apparel manufacturing company. Mr. Sieber's management experience also includes 7 years with Esprit de Corp in San Francisco as its VP of Administration as well as Vice President, Credit, with one of South Carolina's largest banks. In addition, Mr. Sieber is a licensed attorney, and practiced in Lexington, Kentucky before moving to California. Mr. Sieber's focus is on middle market companies ranging in size from $1 million to $100 million, as clients of mergers of this size appreciate Mr. Sieber's finance, law and business experience. Mr. Sieber is the past Treasurer and a past board member of the California Association of Business Brokers--a non-profit, statewide industry trade association.
