Wesley Sparks is a new addition to the Calder Capital team, leading advisory services in the fast-growing Huntsville and Tennessee Valley areas. Wesley is a former Ranger-qualified infantry officer that retired as a US Army acquisition program manager. He has worked proposal and program management, capture, business development, and product strategy for the US Government and large defense contractors on programs over $13 Billion. Wesley has an MBA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He specializes in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, and industrial companies.
