Roman Rezanowicz is a Managing Director focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for clients in the pharma services and technology industry. Roman joined Cain Brothers in 2024 and has over 15 years of experience in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. His notable transactions include the sale of Calyx to CapVest; the sale of Greenphire to Thoma Bravo; the sale of Dotmatics to Insightful Science; the sale of Bioclinica to ERT; the sale of Synteract to Syneos Health; the sale of ERT to Astorg, Nordic Capital and Novo Holdings; the sale of ArisGlobal to Nordic Capital; the sale of Chiltern to LabCorp; the acquisition of Symphony Health by PRA Health; the sale of Bracket Global to Genstar; the sale of ERT to Nordic Capital; as well as the initial public offerings of PPD, Medpace, and Patheon. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Roman was a Senior Vice President in Jefferies’ Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and fairness opinions. Roman earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History from Yale University.
