Carl Hardie Bio

Carl Hardie is a Managing Director focused on the outsourced medical manufacturing and services sector. Carl joined Cain Brothers in 2022 and has over 10 years of experience advising healthcare clients in a variety of M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Carl was a Director in William Blair’s Healthcare Group, where he focused on advisory and capital raising for clients. He also spent three years as an associate at Harris Williams, and assisted on deals across a variety of sectors. Carl earned a BS from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
