Andy Goldberg Bio

Andy Goldberg is a Managing Director focused on healthcare distribution, staffing and outsourcing. Andy joined Cain Brothers in 2022 and has over 13 years of experience advising healthcare payors and providers in a variety of capital raising transactions. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Andy was a Managing Director in Truist Securities’ Healthcare Group, where he focused on advisory and capital raising for healthcare payors and providers. Andy earned a BS from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Andy serves on the advisory board for the Dekalb Community Service Board which provides behavioral health safety-net programs for residents of Dekalb County, GA.
