Ted Kaehler is a Vice President in the firm’s Health Systems M&A Group. Mr. Kaehler joined Cain Brothers in 2016 and has over 3 years of experience advising healthcare companies. Mr. Kaehler’s notable transactions include the sale of California Cryobank to GI Partners, the sale of SeraCare to LGC, advising Blackstone on its acquisition of CARD, advising Patricia Industries on its acquisition of Sarnova, and the sale of Health Resources to Promedica. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Mr. Kaehler worked in various finance and business development roles at 3M Company gaining experience in audit, treasury, M&A, and corporate strategy. Mr. Kaehler earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also a CFA charterholder.
