Lee Sophocleous is a Vice President in the Firm’s Corporate M&A Advisory practice. Mr. Sophocleous joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2012 and has over 7 years of investment banking experience advising both public and private healthcare companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising and strategic advisory transactions. Mr. Sophocleous’ notable transactions since joining include the merger of Summit Medical Group and CityMD, the sale of Global Healthcare Alliance to Cedar Gate Technologies, the sale of Renaissance Imaging Medical Associates to Radiology Partners, the recapitalization of Alteon Health with New Mountain Capital and the recapitalization of Riverside Radiology with Excellere Partners. Mr. Sophocleous began his career at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Sophocleous earned a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Ohio University.
