Kyle Hemminger is a Director in the Firm’s Healthcare Public Finance Group. Mr. Hemminger joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in August 2021 and has over 10 years of experience in a variety of capital raising and capital markets transactions. Mr. Hemminger has participated in a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings for not-for-profit acute care providers and both for-profit and non-for-profit senior living organizations utilizing the public municipal bond market, private/alternative lenders, commercial banking loans, FHA mortgage insurance programs, and the USDA financing. Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets, Mr. Hemminger was a Director at Lument Securities (formerly known as Lancaster Pollard) where he was responsible for healthcare and senior living investment banking in Texas and Arkansas. Mr. Hemminger’s prior experience also includes five years of service in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer. Mr. Hemminger earned a BS with a concentration in Economics from the United States Military Academy and a MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
