Donald Persinski joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2016 as a Managing Director in Cain Brothers Capital Markets Division. Mr. Persinski serves as lead banker and has worked with multi-state health systems, academic medical centers, specialty hospitals, community hospitals, continuing care retirement communities and other post-acute care corporations. He has advised clients and structured fixed rate and multimodal debt plans; tax-exempt and taxable public bond issues; private placements / limited offerings; acquisition financing; pension fund financing strategies; HUD / FHA 242 transactions; financial advisory services; bank / credit facility structures; and, interest rate derivative strategies. Mr. Persinski has guided hospital management through the development of credit analyses, debt capacity analyses, and the preparation for rating agency, bank and investor presentations. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Mr. Persinski worked for 30 years in the investment banking, financial advisory and banking industries specializing in balance sheet management, capital planning and strategic advisory services. He was a Managing Director at Ponder & Co. and served as Managing Director and Manager of the Healthcare and Non-Profit Investment Banking Group of PNC Capital Markets. Mr. Persinski earned an MBA in Finance from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Finance from The Ohio State University.
