Dan Gold is a Vice President in the firm’s Health Systems M&A Advisory practice. Mr. Gold joined Cain Brothers in 2019 and has over 6 years of nonprofit and public finance experience. His notable transactions include advising Trinity Health on its acquisition of a majority interest in Premier Health Consultants, MultiCare Health System’s acquisition of Capital Medical Center from LifePoint Health, and Quorum Health Corporation’s divestiture of Watsonville Community Hospital to Halsen Healthcare. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Mr. Gold worked at Accenture as a Manager in the Health & Public Service group and was a 2013 Chicago Corps member with Teach For America. Mr. Gold received his BS from the University of Illinois and an MPP from the University of Chicago.
