Timothee Fontaine Bio

Timothée joined Bucéphale Finance in 2009 and has executed a wide range of M&A transactions with both private and public companies and private equity funds particularly in the agricultural, agri-food, industrial, chemical, distribution, media, education and luxury sectors. Timothée has also in extensive experience on restructuring and financing. Timothée is a graduate from Paris Dauphine University (Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering).
