Bio

Pierre started his career at Lazard in 1982, where he became Partner and co-Head of Media Advisory Group in 1995. Pierre later joined Rothschild in 2000 as Partner, Head of Media Advisory Group and Restructuring and Debt Advisory Group and Coordinator of Europe - US M&A. Pierre returned to Lazard in 2010 as Partner, Head of Media Advisory Group and Financial Sponsor Advisory Group. In 2019 he created his own structure, CDM Advisory, to focus on complex and large M&A transactions. Pierre is a graduate from HEC Paris.
