Michael Baisley Bio

Michael Baisley is a Managing Director within BTIG Investment Banking. Mr. Baisley has more than twenty years of experience in investment banking, coupled with a rich background in M&A involving Japanese and other Asian clients. Prior to BTIG, he served as Head of M&A for the Americas at SMBC Nikko Securities (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation). Previously, Mr. Baisley was a Managing Director of TrueNorth Capital Partners and served as the head of its securities business. Prior to that, he was with Knox & Co., an affiliate of Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Baisley received a BS from Pennsylvania State University.
