Mr. Dever is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at BTIG. He is also a member of the BTIG Leadership Committee. Previously, Mr. Dever was Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of Financial Services and Real Estate Investment Banking at JMP Securities. Prior to joining JMP Securities, Mr. Dever was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, UBS Investment Bank, and PaineWebber. He holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
