Bio

Satya Bajpai is a Managing Director focused on Technology and Software Investment Banking at BTIG. Mr. Bajpai brings more than twenty years of experience to the firm advising CEOs, CFOs and Board members on Strategic Advisory, IPO and M&A for Technology and related sectors. Most recently, he was a Managing Director within Technology Investment Banking at Citizens Financial Group where he advised clients on strategic transactions across both public and private markets. Previously, Mr. Bajpai held a similar role at Credit Suisse. Prior to Credit Suisse, he was a consultant with PwC and Deloitte where he advised large technology companies on various strategic initiatives and transformative transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bajpai was an Adjunct Professor at Rice University – School of Management and University of San Francisco Business School. He holds an MBA from NYU and an Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Mumbai.
