Bio

Mike Janovec is a Managing Director within BTIG’s Industrial Technology and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Prior to BTIG, he was a Vice President at Croft & Bender and GCA Advisors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Janovec was a Senior Associate within Corporate Development at AT&T, where he executed buy-side and sell-side transactions in the technology sector. He earned an MBA from Georgia Tech and a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
