Mike Passaro is a Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets. Mike manages relationships with BTIG’s corporate clients across sectors and interfaces with the firm’s institutional and sponsor clients. Prior to BTIG, he spent time at Deutsche Bank and Raymond James covering venture capital and private equity funds globally with a focus in equities transactions. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College.
