Ron Milkes is a Founding Principal of Bryor Media Partners. Prior to establishing BMP with Bryan Bowles, Ron was Executive Vice President, Operations, Strategy & Corporate Development at Endemol USA, the North American division of the largest independent production company in the world. In that role, Ron was responsible for management of Endemol’s business operations, helping to guide the company’s strategy in North America, and managing the company’s mergers and acquisitions and joint venture activities in North America. While Ron was at Endemol, the company acquired Original Media, 51 Minds and Authentic Entertainment, and entered into many strategic partnerships and joint ventures. Prior to joining Endemol, Ron was Executive Vice President of Operations and General Counsel for Control Room / Live Earth, where he ran the company’s operations, evaluated new ventures and managed all areas of business affairs. Prior to his time at Control Room, Ron was General Counsel for The Firm, where he also served on the Board of Directors. While at the Firm, Ron was responsible for all M&A and joint venture activity, including the acquisition of AMG from Michael Ovitz, among many other acquisitions, divestures and other transactions. Before joining The Firm, Ron was a corporate and M&A attorney with Alschuler, Grossman, Stein & Kahan, with a practice focused on media companies.
