Jake Magerman Bio

Jake joined Bryant Park Capital in 2018 and is currently a Principal with the Firm. Jake’s primary focus is developing new investment banking and merchant banking opportunities, with a focus on the firm’s cannabis industry vertical. Jake brings with him extensive experience helping small businesses create value and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Prior to joining BPC, Jake spent five years at Drizly Inc., the largest online beer, wine and spirits marketplace, which was acquired by Uber in 2021 for $1.1B. At Drizly, Jake was the Director of New Business where he oversaw the startup’s expansion from 3 markets to over 100 domestic & international markets. Jake has a B.S. from The University of Southern California with a major in Business Administration. He is a FINRA registered representative (Series 79 and 63).
