Bio

Mr. Eastman leads Bruderman Merchant Banking division and is Vice Chairman of Investment Banking for Bruderman Brothers, LLC. He has over 25 years of experience advising industrial, engineering, and technology companies on mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, and financing transactions. Mr. Eastman has advised a wide variety of multi-national companies including IBM, Lucent, Ford, Honeywell, Raytheon, EMC, United Technologies, Textron, and ADP. Mr. Eastman earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has served as a non-executive director of Nautilus from 2007 to 2009 and as a non-executive director of Spirent Communications from 2006 to 2010.
