Seth Rosenfield Bio

Seth Rosenfield is a Managing Director and co-lead for BGL’s Technology & Information Services banking team within the firm’s Services vertical. He has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, private equity investing, and corporate operations. Prior to joining BGL, Seth was a Managing Director at Canaccord Genuity where he focused on information services, business media, and marketing technology & services. Previously, he was a Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets where he led the firm’s B2B and Information Services teams. While at BMO, he led transactions across multiple verticals, including healthcare, hospitality, financial services, and real estate. Seth began his career in operations with business management positions at Scholastic Corporation and Simon & Schuster, a division of CBS, Inc. MBA, The Leonard N.
