Effram Kaplan is a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee. He is Head of BGL’s Services and Infrastructure & Environment verticals and leads investment banking activities in the Environmental Services, Environmental Infrastructure, and Energy Transition groups. Effram’s advisory experience spans all facets of guiding an organization’s strategic and capital market needs, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital, and shareholder and board advisory, among others. His investment banking career has focused heavily on Environmental & Industrial Services; as a result, he has strong relationships throughout the industry and a well-established understanding of the particular strengths and challenges facing many of its sub-sectors. His clients primarily include private and public companies as well as debt and equity sponsors. Prior to joining BGL, Effram was a member of the investment banking team at KeyBanc Capital Markets and held management consulting positions at Arthur Andersen and Cap Gemini.
