Clint Parker is a Managing Director and co-leads BGL’s Healthcare Real Estate Team. Clint specializes in advising healthcare real estate investors and developers on acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies, as well as assisting healthcare providers in developer selection, debt and equity financing, capital restructuring, and monetizing healthcare real estate assets. He has advised on over $3 billion in healthcare real estate transactions. His clients include public and private REITs, real estate developers, healthcare providers, and private capital investors.
