Anthony Delfre is a Managing Director and leads BGL’s Real Estate vertical. Since 2015, Anthony and his team have closed more than $3 billion in total transaction volume including over $650 million in tax credit transaction volume. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and consulting, his expertise includes advising corporations, endowments, family offices, private developers, and high net worth individuals. Anthony has particular expertise in historic adaptive reuse projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining BGL, Anthony founded his own real estate consulting firm in 2007, which provided advisory services to real estate owners and developers seeking to raise debt and equity capital. He also specialized in analyzing grants, incentives, and tax credits for clients. In 2011, he merged his practice into BGL’s Real Estate Capital Markets team.
