Kevin Sargent is a Managing Director with BGL’s Industrials team and leads the firm’s investment banking activities in Industrial Distribution, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private placements, and other strategic advisory assignments. His clients include leading private companies, private equity sponsors, and public companies. Kevin’s experience in Industrial Distribution spans a range of subsectors, including electrical, flow control, fluid power & motion control, HVAC and plumbing, packaging, tools & equipment, and supplies. Prior to joining BGL, Kevin was with KeyBanc Capital Markets where he completed mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and public equity offerings.
