Jason F. Sutherland is a Managing Director and leads BGL’s Debt Capital Markets group, arranging financing for clients across the credit spectrum including asset-based loans, senior cash flow loans, unitranche loans, and junior debt. Jason’s professional experience extends to nearly every corner of the debt capital markets, including roles in debt advisory, balance sheet underwriting, loan syndications, and high yield securities. Prior to joining BGL, he was a Director in the Leveraged Finance group at William Blair & Company, where he focused on arranging debt capital solutions for a variety of middle market clients. His previous experience includes seven years at Bank of America, where he spent two years in Leveraged Finance and five years in Commercial Banking. Jason’s clients include private and public companies as well as private equity sponsors.
