Heath Tripp Bio

Heath Tripp is a Managing Director in the Corporate Advisory & Banking group at BBH. In this role, he is responsible for developing relationships with private business owners and advising them on all matters in the corporate life cycle, including organic and acquisitions-related growth strategies, capital structure, succession planning, valuation, and liquidity events. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Heath was a partner at Smith Anderson where he practiced corporate and mergers & acquisitions law. He previously worked in the corporate banking group of a multinational bank in Birmingham, Alabama. Heath received a B.S. in business administration and management from Wake Forest University, and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
