Thomas Davis oversees the New York, Latin America and Chicago Private Banking offices. In this role, he is primarily responsible for leading a team that provides debt and equity capital to founder-owned businesses as well as investment management and family office services to large family groups, endowments and foundations. He is a member of the Private Banking Oversight Committee and the Private Banking Investment Oversight Committee. Before joining the firm in 2012, Tom worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in the Investment Management division. He started his career working in Quito, Ecuador, and Shenzhen, China, as a grade school teacher and later a consultant advising local entrepreneurs and business owners. Tom serves on the board of directors of Dutch Bros Coffee and The Center for Working Families in Quito, Ecuador. He is also an active contributor to the Ironman Foundation as well as various charities supporting the New York City Marathon. He earned a B.A. from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
