Bio

Benjamin Persofsky is the Executive Director of the BBH Center for Family Business, which counsels some of the largest business-owning families in the world on issues of strategy, governance, succession planning, transition, capital policies and next generation owner development. Ben also oversees the Corporate Advisory & Banking team in Philadelphia, which provides strategic advice and helps deliver senior debt, private equity and investment advisory solutions to premier middle-market businesses and their owners in the Mid-Atlantic region. He joined the firm in 2010. Ben serves on the board executive committee of the Philadelphia School Partnership. He is a graduate of Lafayette College and attended the University of Oxford as a visiting student concentrating on research in organizational behavior and developmental economics.
