Bio

As a member of the Corporate Advisory Group, Ajit George advises private business owners on strategic corporate decisions, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, business valuation and corporate governance. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ajit was an investment banker covering technology, media and telecommunications clients at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ajit received his B.Sc. from the New York University Stern School of Business. He also holds an M.A. from Columbia University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
