Trent Carrier Bio

Trent Carrier is an Operating Partner at BroadOak and works with portfolio companies to streamline and scale operations in addition to supporting the firm’s capital investment activities in bioprocessing tools and services companies. Prior to BroadOak, Trent held executive positions in L7 Informatics, Cytosen Therapeutics, and Biologics Consulting as well as leadership roles at Takeda Vaccines, Kiadis Pharma, and Life Technologies. Trent has served in positions from CEO to CBO across his career, bringing a unique depth of experiences in support of BroadOak companies. Trent received his Ph.D. from UC Berkeley in Chemical Engineering and his MBA from the Darden School of Business at UVA. When he’s not working, Trent is in his car either driving to soccer practices or heading to his cabin in western North Carolina.
