William Pilavas Bio

William A. Pilavas has spent the last decade as an investment banker covering the financial services and technology sectors. Since joining Broadhaven, he has advised on numerous M&A and capital raising transactions in the financial technology, specialty finance and asset management sectors. Prior to Broadhaven, Mr. Pilavas was a member of the Financial Institutions Group at Wells Fargo Securities where he focused on the insurance and asset management sectors. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
