Faye Sun has been a leading investment banker covering both the financial technology and asset management sectors over the past decade. Since joining Broadhaven in 2017, Ms. Sun has advised on over $20 billion in announced M&A and capital raising transactions for clients spanning financial services. Prior to joining Broadhaven, she was a member of the Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank where she completed a broad range of M&A and capital markets transactions. Ms. Sun holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College (magna cum laude, CSOM Honors Program).
