Colin Keenan Bio

Colin Keenan is a Managing Director on the Investment Team. Prior to Brightwood, Colin was V.P. of Lazard Freres’ restructuring group, focusing on the execution of restructuring, distressed M&A, and rescue financing transactions in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to this, he was with Alix Partners in turnaround and restructuring services, providing financial and operational assistance to companies and their stakeholders. Earlier, he served as a U.S. Marine Corps Captain. BS, Naval Academy; MBA, Columbia University.
