Mr. Jansen has a proven track record of success for his clients, advising middle-market companies and closing complex transactions. He works closely with top executives and business owners to manage international acquisition searches, company sales, and corporate divestitures for public and private companies in a variety of industries. Mr. Jansen is a board member of the Association for Corporate Growth and is actively involved in several other non-profit organizations. He was recognized as a 40 under 40 award recipient by both The M&A Advisor and the Milwaukee Business Journal. Prior to forming Bridgewood, Mr. Jansen was a Principal at Mertz Associates. Mr. Jansen also brings a strong financial acumen to his clients. Prior to investment banking, he was a senior associate within Deloitte’s Assurance & Business Advisory practice. Mr. Jansen earned his business degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Wisconsin-licensed CPA (inactive).
