Natasha serves as Chief Operating Officer for Bridgepoint Investment Banking. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Natasha served as the President and CEO of EFG Distribution, LLC. Natasha’s career started in Chicago as an analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Global Industrials Investment Banking Group where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. She then transitioned into private equity, working for Valor Equity Partners in Chicago and also most notably assisted in raising Burlington Capital Group’s agribusiness private equity fund. Two years in a row, Natasha has been named one of the Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A by Mergers & Acquisitions for her efforts to create more opportunities for women in finance and investment banking. She was also named a Top USA Woman Dealmaker by Global M&A Network and presented with the Emerging Leader Award from M&A Advisors in 2021. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrials Operations Engineering from University of Michigan and previously held FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. She is the Immediate Past President of the Board of Matt Talbot Kitchen and Outreach, serves on the board of both Lincoln Children’s Zoo and NU tech Ventures.
