Kate joined Bridgepoint in 2021 as Managing Director of Investment Banking, bringing more than 14 years of M&A advisory and capital raising expertise. Based in Denver, Kate leads the firm’s coverage of the Industrials sector. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Kate was a Director in Bank of America’s Global Industrials Group, where she focused on creating successful outcomes for clients in the chemicals, materials and manufacturing verticals. Over the course of her career, Ms. Loughran has advised on more than 50 M&A and capital raising transactions representing over $150 billion of deal value. Kate holds a BSBA from Georgetown University and carries Series 7 and 66 licenses. She is also a proud member of WiM (Women In Manufacturing).
