Chad Gardiner, Managing Director of Investment Banking, leads Bridgepoint’s efforts in the U.S. Mountain West and Business Services sector. During his 21 years of prior experience, Chad was responsible for 70 M&A and capital raising transactions, successfully moving more than $8 billion in capital for investment banking firms including KPMG Corporate Finance in Chicago, Capstone Headwaters, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Chad earned a B.S. in accounting, was a Golden Key National Honor Society member and is FINRA series 7, 79, 63, 24 and 28 licensed.
