L.A. Galyon IV Bio

L.A. Galyon IV, Managing Director, leads the firm and manages BCA’s day to day activities. He advises healthcare services and outsourcing companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. He focuses on the behavioral health care, post-acute, physician practice management and outpatient markets. With 20+ years in healthcare banking, L.A. has completed 100+ M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to joining BCA in 2010, L.A. worked for Goldman Sachs and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. L.A. graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1999 with a B.S. in Finance.
