John Maher Bio

John Maher Jr., Director, helps lead deal execution on M&A and capital raising transactions for healthcare services companies. Given his extensive experience as both an operator and M&A advisor within behavioral health care, John focuses most of his time advising owners and sponsors within the behavioral health sector. With 8+ years in healthcare banking, John has completed 20+ M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to joining BCA in 2015, John worked for Foundations Recovery Network and RSM. John received his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management in 2011 and his B.B.A. in Economics from Loyola University Maryland in 2004.
