Todd is a director with Brady Ware and specializes in accounting, auditing, and consulting services for closely held businesses. He heads up the firm’s Construction & Real Estate team where he has extensive experience in working with general contractors, subcontractors, and real estate developers. Todd joined the firm in 1984. Todd is a member of Brady Ware’s Mergers & Acquisitions division where he assists companies by providing services related to mergers, acquisitions, financing, and due diligence to business owners and entrepreneurs. Todd believes in staying current on the trends in middle-market deals and offering his vast financial and strategic knowledge to help our clients obtain the best deals. Todd is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves as Treasurer of Miami Valley Venture Association. He has previously served on of the board of directors of the Ohio Valley Construction Education Foundation and the Builders Association of Dayton and the Miami Valley.
