Roger joined Brady Ware’s Mergers and Acquisition team in 2016 and is a Director at Brady Ware Capital. He has more than 30 years of experience in banking, where he led teams that focused on middle-market companies. Roger leverages his banking experience with middle market companies to help family-owned businesses and management teams maximize the value of their investments. Specifically, he guides business owners through the sale of their business, or assists them in securing the liquidity needed to grow their business.
