Bio

Scott is a seasoned investment banker with more than more than 25 years of M&A advisory and financing experience, resulting in deep industry relationships and robust transaction experience. Scott is part of Bowen’s Cloud & CX team and leads the firm’s Cybersecurity practice. Scott joins Bowen from Canaccord Genuity, where he spent five years in the Technology team in Boston establishing and expanding the firm’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Software practice. Prior to Canaccord, Scott was a founding team member and partner at AGC Partners, where he also helped establish the firm’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Software practices and worked in that firm’s Boston and Silicon Valley offices. Scott began his career in Technology at Deutsche Bank Securities in Boston after receiving an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. He is also qualified as a general securities representative and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. When not in the office working with emerging technology companies, Scott enjoys skiing and boating on the North Shore in New England, following Boston sports teams and watching live music.
