Bill is a seasoned investment banker and executive with 30+ years of M&A, financing and general management experience in technology companies. At Bowen, Bill currently leads cross-platform client engagement and transaction execution activities, having previously headed our Cloud & CX practice. Prior to Bowen, Bill was CEO of multiple software companies including Pingtel Corp. (acquired by Nortel), Aravox Technologies (acquired by Alcatel) and VocalData, Inc. (acquired by Tekelec), and a founding executive at ICG Telecom Group, a publicly traded communications services company. Earlier in his career, Bill was a technology equities analyst at William K. Woodruff & Company, where he covered stocks for the institutional market. Bill received a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary. He is qualified as a general securities representative and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. When he is not working with fast-moving technology companies, Bill enjoys fast-moving motorcycles, hiking and road bikes.
