Kapil Chhibber is a Managing Director at Bank of America and is responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic partnership opportunities with emerging technology companies. He leads partnerships in financial technology, digital identity and marketing technology. Prior to joining BofA, Kapil held roles in strategic planning and business development with Microsoft and venture capital/private equity with DFJ Portage and The Parthenon Group. He began his career as an investment banker in M&A and Corporate Finance with the Global Technology Group at Lehman Brothers. Kapil holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BSBA in MIS & Finance from the University of Arizona.
